2nd Annual "Earth Day Detectives" Internet Project!

Kyrene de la Paloma Elementary School in Chandler, AZ together with the technology department of the Kyrene School District, would like to join with other schools around the world in the celebration of EARTH DAY. We would like to find other classes around the world to participate and exchange information about water conservation, the quality of water and water usage. Every participating class will receive the data collected from all other participants through electronic mail. The received data can then be used in the classroom in a variety of ways.

Teachers at Paloma are creating lesson plans in a variety of curriculm areas in which to use the gathered data. They are now busy preparing the project, getting ready with the technology, and creating announcements, so check back frequently to get the information as it becomes available.
